This intimate "Chef Table" dinner features a winery/chef collaboration pairing of Powers Winery's finest wine selections paired with Chef Hudson Slater's accompanying five course dinner. Admission includes tax and gratuity.

SRF Gold Wagyu cheeseburger slider with Beecher’s flagship cheese, truffle dijonaise, confit tomato, arugula on a house made roll and duck fat fried frites

SRF braised beef short rib, celeriac, celery, foraged mushrooms, leek, salt & pepper chips, horseradish crema
